The world is under­go­ing a major upgrade as a result of accel­er­at­ed dig­i­ti­za­tion, which pro­vides an oppor­tu­ni­ty to break new ground. Design can become the dri­ving force of the mid-market.

Not only due to COVID-19, it has become clear that design com­pe­tence and method­ol­o­gy lead to suc­cess. Increas­ing­ly com­plex require­ments can sole­ly be mas­tered using agile process­es and design meth­ods. The awak­en­ing in our cor­po­rate cul­ture has to be accel­er­at­ed. In a dig­i­tal forum, renowned design entre­pre­neurs and their cus­tomers joint­ly explain suc­cess­ful process­es on real prod­ucts to show how poten­tial can be bet­ter exploit­ed with the help of design.
