SDD Jam
Shaping together around the guiding theme of “decent work for all”
bayern design, Luitpoldstr. 3, 90402 Nürnberg
At the Social Design Jam (October 11–12) you can develop innovative design solutions for concrete challenges around the topic of “decent work for all”. You will be assisted by experienced designers who will support and guide you.
At the Social Design Jam, interdisciplinary teams of designers and challenge givers from the Nuremberg metropolitan region develop design solutions for a challenge on the central theme of “Appropriate Work for All” in a participatory process. Challenges could be submitted until July 31, of which two were selected.
Challenges
- Occupations of the future, new world of work, changing occupational fields: How can we prepare employees and employers for future occupational fields? What qualifications and offers are necessary?
The challenge giver is the Nuremberg Employment Agency. - Young entrepreneurs in the succession of family businesses: How can we solve generational conflicts? How do we sensitize them to established privileges? How do we create neurodiversity and make silent voices heard?
The challenge provider is Deinzerconsult GmbH.
We connect these two challenges with designers from the metropolitan region of Nuremberg, who will work on them in interdisciplinary teams with the challenge givers during the Social Design Days Nuremberg. The results will be presented at the Social Design Days symposium on October 13.
