Strict customer orientation is deemed to be a guarantee for success in the market. However, method competencies often get a raw deal and, and as a result, success fails to materialize. Combining brief lectures and interactive exercises, in this workshop you will learn effective ways to include the users of your products into the innovation process. The bayern design workshops in Nuremberg will again be given by Peter Brooren of unmet innovation.
From understanding the requirements and challenges to designing concepts jointly and processing feedback regarding ideas and conceptual directions at diverse stages, Brooren will discuss approaches and methods of user integration. Switching between roles, you will have the opportunity to observe and ask, practice interview techniques to better understand perception and motivation, and train the use of creative elements in meetings with customers.
While the short workshop will not turn you into an ethnologist, you will be able to apply the methods you learned directly in your daily project activities and align your innovative undertakings with users’ requirements.
