Decisions regarding product planning lay the groundwork long before development begins. Understanding internal and external influences, mechanisms and processes helps to actively shape necessary changes in your own value creation. In this workshop, Peter Brooren will discuss techniques to answer strategic questions and give innovative undertakings a strategic orientation.
As the central topic of the workshop, ways to deduce visions based on the pressure to change will be introduced briefly. The deduction process will be explained based on a basic structure of tools for strategic planning and using examples. Participants will do practical exercises to learn how the process can be designed and reproduced.
The tools and techniques conveyed in the workshop will enable you to approach your planning tasks in a structured and creative manner and integrate your internal stakeholders.
The workshop addresses staff members of industrial manufacturers and service providers including in research and development, management and staff development functions.
The number of participants will be limited.
For two decades, Peter Brooren has been working as an innovation consultant and researcher, developer of products and strategies and cross-disciplinary project manager. He is the founder and manager of unmet innovation, a company for innovative services and strategic consulting specialized in the fuzzy front-end. In his work with global companies, Brooren integrates the interests of all participants departing for new shores.
