What makes brand design successful? How can it be implemented in stores and online shops? What examples of successful implementation are there? Answers to these questions will be provided by bayern design in cooperation with IHK Regensburg für Oberpfalz/Kehlheim and OTH Amberg-Weiden.
Digitization is driving the transformation in the retail sector with an unimagined dynamic. Operators of brick-and-mortar stores and online shops in the region are challenged to hold their own against large marketplaces and suppliers based on prices and product ranges alone. In point of fact, other aspects of profile-building are gaining importance. The goal is to appeal to customers’ emotions and increase customer retention; in addition to customer service, this goal mainly is achieved through the brand.
One of the major challenges is to devise your own “brand” and transport it to your customers across all the channels. This is where marketing know-how as well as creativity and design come into play.
