In combination with the right design, holistic analysis and consideration of the points of contact between users, products, suppliers and/or sales channels facilitate the generation of positive customer experiences and thus help establish emotional connections between customers and companies. At the Entrepreneurs’ Forum on Design – Sales 4.0, presentations and examples of best practices will provide insight into opportunities and aspects of digitization regarding the design of sales processes. In addition, participants will learn how to introduce the designers’ work methods anchored in these opportunities and aspects of digitization and implement them in their own companies.
