On 11 October 2007,
the first regional award ceremony of Youth thinks Future in Bavaria
was held in Munich.
Numerous celebrities from politics and society were present. The Bavarian
Minister of Legal Affairs, Beate Merk, held the introductory speech. German
TV-show hosts Nina Eichinger and Jörg Knör moderated the event. The award
ceremony was presented by Wrigley GmbH, the Germany-wide partner and regional sponsor
of Youth thinks Future.

6th German Design Conference in Berlin |

2007, in cooperation with the German Design Council, the International Design
Center Berlin holds the 6th German Design Conference at Haus der Deutschen Wirtschaft in Berlin. The topic
is acceleration and design: corporations, designers and scientists
look into the effects of acceleration in design processes, product development
and customer communication and give an outlook on future developments.
